§ 8.16.030. Violation-Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
